Joining the Volumicious Business
STANDARD OPERATIONAL PROCEDURE
REGISTER: Apply under Distributor Application and wait for Approval confirmation. Once approved purchase your starter pack. You will be assigned to a Distributor Sales Manager (DSM) for Onboarding and future ordering.
ADMIN FEE: The Admin fee is for new Distributors and payable upon joining the business, and is R250 including a Volumicious T-Shirt and eCard.

Clear leadership and reporting lines
Fair, merit-based progression opportunities
Consistent support and mentorship for distributors

This structure reflects Volumicious’ evolution from a growing brand into a professionally governed business.
What is the Distributor Manager Structure?
The structure introduces Distributor Sales Managers (DSM) who act as leaders within the field and as a bridge between distributors and Head Office.
The hierarchy is as follows:
Head Office / Executive Leadership
Distributor Sales Managers (DSM)
Distributors
The DSM role: open to all, earned by merit
The DSM role is available to all Volumicious distributors, subject to:
Proven sales performance
Demonstrated ability to lead and grow a team
Consistent submission of accurate monthly reports
DSM appointments are earned, not automatic, ensuring fairness, credibility, and excellence in leadership.
Key responsibilities of a DSM
Lead, mentor, and support assigned distributors
Drive team sales performance and growth
Submit monthly sales and performance reports
Uphold Volumicious values, policies, and brand integrity
Serve as a point of accountability and guidance
Freedom of choice for distributors
Distributors may:
Choose a DSM they wish to work with, or
Request to be assigned a DSM for guidance and support (Email distribution@volumicious.co.za)
This approach respects independence while ensuring no distributor grows without leadership support.
